THE Campsite
Home Farm is situated in the quiet village of Blue Anchor and is the ideal location to stay and explore Exmoor.
Choose from grass electric or non-electric pitches across our two fields. The Seafront field (despite its name) does not have direct sea views, but it overlooks Blue Anchor Bay, while the Riverside field offers beautiful countryside views.
Our CS area is affiliated to The Camping and Caravanning Club and is open to members. The Riverside is open to non-members and we also have a rally area.
The site is open from March to October and includes toilet and shower facilities, as well as a washing-up area for your convenience.
Each pitch accommodates a maximum of 7 people, including children. BBQs are welcome, provided they are kept raised off the ground to protect the grass.
Home Farm is dog-friendly, with no limit on the number of dogs per pitch and no additional charge.
There are good places to eat in Blue Anchor and the West Somerset Railway station is just 800 yards away.

We do not accept tents larger than 6m x 6m (20ft x 20ft) including guide ropes. Oversized tents will be charged an extra £20.
There is no charge for showers or awnings.

Terms & Conditions
We want everyone to enjoy their stay on our parks but ask that you read the terms and conditions below before making a booking.
1. Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are for 1 unit, 2 people & car’s per pitch per night. Maximum of 7 people including children
2. All pets welcome. Dogs must be kept on the lead and can be exercised on the beach. Please clean up after them. Do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time.
3. Pitches are available for check in from 11am onwards. New arrivals must check in before 8pm. Please vacate your pitch no later than 10:30am unless a late stay has been agreed (late stays not available during high season).
4. Maximum tent size (no larger than 6 man) a pitch can accommodate is 6m x 6m including guidelines. Oversized tents will be charged an extra £20.
5. No commercial, sign written or converted vehicles are permitted on the park unless by prior arrangement with the management. Please phone our office if you are unsure whether your vehicle falls into this category. Sleeping in cars is not permitted.
6. Deposits are non-refundable after a booking has been accepted. However, we are happy to transfer your deposit. to an alternative booking within the same season if notice is given 48 hours prior to arrival. Pitch fees will not be refunded due to inclement weather or early departure from site.
7. We cannot guarantee a specific pitch number, but staff will endeavor to put you in the area of your choice and keep families together.
8. Gazebos are permitted at the Wardens discretion and weather permitting. No external generators.
9. We are happy for you to use barbecues, we only request that they are raised off the ground to prevent damaging the grass. Fire Pits not permitted.
10. Please do not flush wet wipes (including flushable wipes), babies nappies or sanitary items down our drainage system. Portable toilets must be emptied in the designated disposal points located by the toilet block.
11. Chinese lanterns, fireworks, BB guns and drones are strictly forbidden to be used on the park.
12. No Kite Flying (due to overhead cables).
13. No ball games near caravans.
14. Families and couples only – no groups of young people admitted.
15. A 10 mph speed limit applies on the park at all times.
16. Please respect other park visitors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
17. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the park or the comfort of other visitors.
18. Home Farm cannot accept any liability for personal injury, inconvenience, damage or loss to any persons or property however caused whilst on the park. All units must be insured for public liability.
19. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person.
20. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person(s) at any time whose conduct is detrimental to the park or the comfort of other visitors. Offenders will be asked to leave the park immediately and no refunds will be issued.
21. The payment for a booking is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
